Last Monday, Missinglettr released v3.1 of their social media, analytics and engagement tool, and with it the long anticipated Agency add-on.
Initially, they invited a handful of users to test things out and help them fix any unexpected issues. After a few updates, however, the Agency add-on was officially prelaunched for users who pre-purchased it last year.
As the tin says, the add-on is jam-packed with features catering to the needs of users who are managing many sites through their Missinglettr account.
It comes with the following five modules:
- Agency Dashboard
Overview of your account quotas, click stats for each site and a list of campaigns waiting to be reviewed across all sites
- Agency Schedule
View all posts scheduled across your sites including filtering per site and per social profile. Options to choose multiple sites, site exclusions, and a per campaign filter will be available in the launch update.
Download of click stats for any indicated period and for any number of sites as a PDF.
- White Labeling
Customization options including logo, UI colours, custom domain and/or subdomain.
Invite clients to join Missinglettr. They can see campaign lists and scheduled content, but cannot interact with them in any way. They can, however, connect and manage social media profiles.
In the next update clients will be able to review social media campaigns sent to them through the dashboard. No more external campaign reviews.
In other news, the loading times of the calendar have been significantly decreased. They also added support for the URL shortener JotURL and added an option to re-run completed social media campaigns!
