HeySummit just announced a fairly major overhaul of the ticketing system for their online summit platform. This is the first in a series of enhancements to streamline and extend the ticket functionality.
As of now you have several new options for creating tickets at Dashboard > Revenue/Tickets, with more to come soon.
- Apply to Live
Specify whether your ticket is valid for Live sessions, Replays, or both.
- Day Tickets
Give access to a specific day of your conference.
- Category Tickets
If your event has different streams based on categories, you can create a ticket that only affects one or more categories.
- Specific Talks
Issue a ticket that only applies to Keynotes for instance. Simply select the talks you want the ticket to apply to and you’re good to go.
- Expiration Dates
Set a date when the ticket will no longer work. All access forever vs All access until Wednesday for instance.
HeySummit are currently also working on revamping the registration process, introducing paid add-ons, and adding more payment methods. Business plan customers will soon be able to bypass HeySummit’s payment system entirely and map attendees to a certain ticket system.
