The dashboard has now been updated to include your most frequent failed searches. Perfect to help you understand what help content you might want to add next.
- Manually Add Video & Article Content
Finally you can manually add Article and Video URL’s for HelpShelf to sync. If you have content sitting on your site or elsewhere and they don’t currently support it via an official integration, then you can add it manually.
- HelpNinja Integration
If you have any knowledge base content hosted on the HelpNinja platform, then you can now sync it to your HelpShelf account.
