Groundhogg just announced a HelpScout integration for their marketing automation and CRM tool for WordPress. This allows you to make use of the new HelpScout benchmark and new contact record widget in the HelpScout Sidebar.
The brand-new integration allows you to start funnels when support tickets are received or updated. For instance, you can send a review request once a ticket has been closed. Additionally, you can also view contact details such as location data, tags, and contact history inside HelpScout tickets.
To get access to the integration you have to sign up to a Groundhogg Pro or Agency plan. Alternatively, you can purchase the extension separately.
