Gorgias recently raised a “$14M series A to transform customer service into a profit center using conversational commerce”. This month, they added three new features to their help desk solution for Shopify and Magento.
- Display Audit Logs In Tickets
Are you wondering how a certain ticket got closed? Simply click on display all events in the ticket dropdown and from there, you will see all activities that happened on the ticket.
- Export Tickets To CSV
Sometimes, you need to export tickets to run additional analysis. Gorgias added an export feature on the ticket list. The following information will be available inside the export:
- Standard ticket information including assignee, tags, and messages count
- Ticket statistics including resolution time and first response time
- Satisfaction survey results
- Shopify orders
- Improved iPad Support
The Gorgias mobile app now supports iPad and landscape mode. They have also added support for internal notes in both phone and tablet versions of the app.
