Gorgias just announced a couple of exciting new features. The latest update brings new Shopify actions and multi-language intents to their top-notch help desk solution.
New Shopify Actions & Create Order
Approximately one-third of support tickets require you to make a change in Shopify, be it a refund, order processing, etc.
The Gorgias team has completely redesigned their Shopify action features. When you refund, duplicate or cancel orders, you can now access all the features available in Shopify within the Gorgias platform.
You can also create orders directly from tickets and send the invoice to the customer by email.
As Gorgias users interact with customers around the world, they have also updated their intent detection to support most major languages. Previously only English was supported.
If you have non-English tickets, you can now create rules that use intents to automatically tag tickets and respond to your customers.
