Magento 2 Helpdesk
This brand new integration allows you to easily connect your Magento 2 store with your Gorgias account. You will then be able to display order related data such as customer, order, shipment and credit memo data right next to support tickets.
The roadmap looks quite promising. Soon you’ll be able to use Magento 2 variables such as the last order’s tracking URL in macros. In addition, you will be able to use Magento 2 data as filter for rules, e.g. you can add conditions on the price of the last customer order.
In other news, you can now also auto-assign tickets to separate teams and manage Instagram ads comments right in your Gorgias account.
