Multi-Path Conditional Automation Funnel

The upcoming feature has been one of the most requested ones and allows you to create unlimited Yes/No branches based on different conditions. For starters, you can check whether a user has a specific tag or list, or whether the user has purchased a specific product in Easy Digital Downloads (EDD).

In the future, this will also work for WooCommerce. Besides that, you will also be able to check if the user has bought a certain online course in an LMS such as TutorLMS, LearnDash, or LifterLMS for instance. Also, it will support the check of specific contact properties.

In the upcoming version, they will add a user role management feature. You can assign your team members with specific roles and specify the CRM modules they have access to. For example, you can give them restricted access to only creating email templates or managing contacts.

FluentCRM also added new triggers and action blocks to automation funnels for membership plugins including Restrict Content Pro, MemberPress, Paid Memberships Pro, and WishList Member.

This includes membership and subscription expiration triggers and a new End This Funnel action block.

From version 2.0 you can not only add a list or tag when someone clicks on a link in an email or on your website, but also remove a tag on click. For example, you can provide an unsubscribe link in an email to unsubscribe from the “Marketing Emails” tag.

Finally, FluentCRM now also provides analytics data for email sequences and automation emails such as clicks, revenue, and open rates. They also improved support for RTL Support and made the entire SPA fully translatable. You can even export your automations in a JSON file and share it with others.
