Easyship just announced a Manage Pickups page for customers in Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia. In addition, the global shipping tool for e-commerce now also comes with a new Zapier integration and new designs for store pages.
Manage Pickups Page & Zapier
The new Manage Pickups Page in the dashboard allows you to quickly check the status of pickups. You can also take actions such as Rescheduling, Cancelling or directly contacting the courier providing the pickup.
On this new page you will see a detailed list of your current pickups, including information on courier, data and pickup time, address and request status. At the top you can filter your pickups by the following three criteria:
- Pickups Happening
- Requests Failed
- Estimated Courier No Show
This will make the pickup process more transparent and enables you to easily reach couriers in case of problems.
The new Zapier integration allows merchants to streamline their shipping workflow by automating repetitive tasks. Finally, Easyship have revamped the designs for their Store Pages to give merchants a more streamlined experience.
